Submissions
Applications are open from May 19 to June 9 (23:59 GMT+1). Applicants should read the Arché Regulations before submitting their applications.
Applications that do not meet the established requirements will not be considered. The data and materials submitted will be kept confidential within the organization.
In order to submit a project, applicants must fill in Arché’s online form, where they must submit the following documentation:
To submit a project, applicants must fill in the submission form and upload:
1) Project dossier, in pdf format, up to 8 pages containing, in Portuguese, Spanish or English:
- title;
- synopsis;
- director’s note, with references to the visual treatment;
- note on the current state of development of the project and current needs;
- note on the project’s intentions;
- biographical note on the director, producer (if applicable) and production house (if applicable);
- links to previous work (if applicable);
- in the case of projects with a cut, or in the editing phase, a link to the work-in-progress, subtitled in English, or filmed material.
2) Between 2 and 5 stills or visual references;
3) Project budget and financial breakdown (with an indication of confirmed support, if any);
4) Motivation letter (for participation in Arché, highlighting which aspects of the project you would like to work on).
